Who Attends?
The Cheers Beverage Conference is the premier event for on-premise food-and-beverage directors and beverage marketing executives:
- Foodservice and hospitality industry executives responsible for specifying and/or buying on-premise beverages and related products
- Executives responsible for creating and/or managing the on-premise beverage program
- Corporate marketing executives who create and oversee marketing of the beverage program
- Industry suppliers of products or services for on-premise beverage programs qualify for sponsor participation (Supplier attendance is limited to sponsors only.)
By title, attendees include Beverage VP/Director; F&B VP/Director; Marketing, Operations and Purchasing Directors; Owners and Partners - from national, regional or local restaurant and hotel chains or management companies, nightclub and bar concepts, casinos and cruise ships, and multi-concept independents.

Cheers Beverage Excellence Awards
The Cheers Beverage Excellence Awards are the adult beverage industry's highest honors for beverage program operators. Award winners are selected based on the innovation and creativity of their programs and the programs' impact on the sales and profitability of their establishments. Additional consideration is given to how the operators support their programs. For example, a winning program might be supported by a high level of staff training or unique customer-directed marketing pieces.

Cheers Rising Stars Awards
Rising Stars awards are given to noted and talented mixologists around the country who have shown outstanding dedication and ability in the field. They are recognized for impressive local and national achievement and creativity in their bars and restaurants. The award highlights the up-and-coming wave of American drinks professionals. Awards are given to professionals in the beer, wine and spirits arenas.

The registration desk will be open at the following times:

Monday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Housing
To make hotel reservations, call 1-800-233-1234 and indicate that you are attending a conference at Hyatt Regency Miami Downtown. Ask for the Cheers Beverage Conference Room Block to receive the discounted single/double room rate of $224. A credit card must be provided, and will be charged a deposit of one night's room and tax. You must reserve your room by December 17, 2009, to take advantage of the discounted room rate.
